All earring sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges
If your item arrives broken please email me within 24 hours.
If for any reason you decide to exchange any other jewellery (earrings not included) then you, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges. This includes returning the item and having another item shipped back to you.
No refunds will be given for the improper application of decals.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you would like registered post please let me know in the comments box. Most packages are sent with tracking and you can ask me for the tracking number.
NOTE: Your order will be shipped to the address that is linked to your PayPal account. Please let me know if your order needs to be shipped to an address other than your listed PayPal address.
